Warts on hands can be one of the most embarrassing situations a person has to deal with. You end up hiding your hands a lot because you don’t want people to see them. And not only are warts unsightly, but they can be painful. When you have warts on hands, you are always hitting them or rubbing them on things. They get torn and bleed. This can also cause them to spread, which only makes the situation worse.
If you have warts on hands, you’ve probably tried to get rid of them. Sometimes the treatment can be worse than living with the warts. If you go to the doctor, they usually try freezing the warts, or lasering them off. Oftentimes, if they don’t get to the root of the warts on your hands, they only come back. Which means you’ve spent a lot of time and quite a bit of money only to still have the warts.
You can also try wart remover for your warts on hands. But because your hands are in water a lot and exposed to a lot of chemicals, it can be hard to use the wart remover effectively. Most of the time these things involve bandages or patches. They can be painful and even just as harsh as the chemicals your doctor would use. They can be effective though, if you stick with it.
Whatever you do, don’t scrub or cut the warts on hands. Because warts are caused by a virus, they need an open wound to enter into your skin. So if you cut the skin around the wart, either by scrubbing with something abrasive (like a file) or by cutting it, trying to remove the wart, you risk spreading the virus. Pretty soon you have lots of warts on your hands, in clusters. These can be even harder to get rid of, and because there’s so many it will be even more painful and easier to spread them.
